Christian has practiced for almost fifteen years, specializing in commercial litigation in federal and state court. He has a broad business litigation practice, including intellectual property, entertainment, technology/start-ups, partnership disputes, securities, contracts, alternative dispute resolution, appeals and writs, SLAAP, antitrust, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and business torts. He also advises clients as to pre-filing negotiation, contracts, securing intellectual property rights and other legal issues affecting modern businesses.
Prior to becoming of counsel to Karish, Christian began his career at the litigation boutique Quinn Emanuel. He then moved to a Quinn-spinoff, Baker Marquart, where he received additional hands-on training running cases and managing complex matters efficiently and effectively.
